We understand that from time-to-time mistakes can be made in your ordering (whether you ordered the wrong item or ordered it by mistake). If the item is unused and in original condition it may be returned.
WHAT can be returned?
All stocked items from Edenport Pty Ltd.
WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Items must be returned within 30 days from date of purchase for no restocking fee to apply, after this time the items may be refused return or a restocking fee may apply.
WHERE do items need to be returned to?
Returned by courier to 19 Brennan St, Slacks Creek QLD 4127 Australia.
HOW do customers return items?
Customers must contact Edenport Pty Ltd for a Return Authority Form. This must accompany the goods been sent back.
SHIPPING for returns?
Shipping is refundable if a mistake has been made by Process Systems.
CREDIT for returns?
Customers will be credited to the same method they used to purchase the original goods.
Instore return option?
Instore returns are accepted during normal business hours, 8am – 5pm Mon – Fri.
Packing materials?
Please return in original packing. Different outer boxes/satchels are okay to use.
